FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How long do lash extensions last?
We recommend getting a refill every 2-3 weeks to maintain great looking lashes.
  • Do I need to prepare before an appointment?
Yes! Please be sure to come to your appointment without any makeup, heavy creams, or oils around the eyes. Plan to do any workouts, shower, etc., before your appointment, as you will have to avoid moisture and water for 24 hours after your appointment.
  • How do I take care of my lash extensions?
For the first 24 hours following lash application, avoid any water and steam, working out (sweating), saunas, and tanning. Avoid rubbing your eyes or touching your lashes. After that, you are able to workout and swim without worry—perfect for vacation! We also recommend washing your lashes daily with our Lash Lather Foam Cleanser.
  • How do I remove my lashes?
It is highly recommended that you do not attempt to remove your own lashes. For best results, have a lash tech remove them with a cream-based solution.
  • Are extensions harmful to my real lashes?
Extensions are not harmful, as long as they are done correctly. We do this by ensuring proper isolation of the lash, and using the right diameter and length. Your real lashes will remain completely healthy!
  • Are extensions bad for sensitive skin?
Lash extensions are completely safe for sensitive skin! Reactions are very rare—however, if you are concerned about this issue, you can inquire about doing a glue test. We apply 10 lashes on each eye, then wait 24-72 hours to see whether a reaction occurs.
  • What materials are used?
Available materials include faux mink and silk lashes.
  • Do you offer lash extensions in other colours?
In addition to our black lashes, we also have brown lashes available for Classic and Volume Sets.
  • How do I choose a lash style?
Lash extensions are extremely customizable! We can give you a natural look, as well as a full glam result. We offer a variety of styles and lengths to achieve exactly what you are looking for. There is a consultation process at the beginning of your appointment, so that we can understand your specific needs.
